Our guest today is Tim Rutgers. Tim is the founder & CEO of Bloqhouse Technologies. Tim started the company in 2016 to tokenize real estate and offer it to retail investors, hence the name 'Bloq' house. During those times, regulations were unclear, and Layer 1 blockchains were not as mature as today, so Bloqhouse pivoted into a b2b SaaS service to fund managers & investment platforms. Tim previously held the role of manager at KLM and was responsible for the daily steering of a team of software engineers. He has a B.A. in both economy and psychology from the Universiteit van Amsterdam and a Master's in business administration from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
